Soothe the Gut (GI) Tea

Use 1 tsp of loose tea for each cup of 6 to 8 oz of boiling water. Depending on desired strength, seep for 5 to 15 minutes. Add lemon or honey if desired.
Ingredients: Peppermint, Fennel, Valerian, Dandelion
