1. Get in tune with your body - know when you're actually hungry
2. Sit while eating
3. Eliminate distractions except when eating with others (which is encouraged)
4. Engage your senses
5. Eat slowly - chew twice as long
6. Once again know your body - Stop when full, it's ok to leave food on the plate
7. Pay attention to how food makes you feel - be in tune with your body (see the theme going there)
